At RLRLeather, every item is handcrafted with care in our Wisconsin workshop. We stand behind the quality of our leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are limited, but we’re always happy to work with you if something isn’t right.
✅ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
You contact us within 5 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email robert@rlrleather.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
💳 Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item back.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item, damaged on arrival).
♻️ Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund (for example, if the wrong color or item was received).
Each case will be handled individually — we value your satisfaction.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect sizing or personalization (unless it's our error)
Items used or worn
Sale or clearance items
📦 Return Shipping
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
