All products are handcrafted and made to order unless stated otherwise. As each item is made by hand, small variations in color, stitching, and leather texture may occur. These are part of the unique character of handmade goods and not considered defects.
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be 100% accurate.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept secure payments through Wix Payments, PayPal, and other trusted gateways. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.
Taxes (where applicable) are calculated based on shipping destination.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance (if applicable).
6. Returns and Exchanges
Because all items are handcrafted, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or significantly different from the description.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at robert@rlrleather.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding — is the property of RLRLeather and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases, and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
