Thank you for shopping with RLRLeather. Each of our leather goods is handcrafted in Wisconsin, and we take pride in ensuring your order is packaged with care and delivered safely to your door.
📦 Processing Time
All of our products are handmade to order, unless otherwise specified.
Please allow 3–7 business days for us to craft, inspect, and package your item before shipment.
During peak seasons or custom requests, processing time may be slightly longer. If you have a deadline or urgent request, feel free to contact us at robert@rlrleather.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship across the United States using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS.
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available upon request
Shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and delivery method, and will be calculated at checkout.
🌍 International Shipping
At this time, we are only offering shipping within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please reach out and we’ll see if we can make an exception.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
📦 Packaging
Your leather goods will arrive in eco-conscious, secure packaging to protect the quality and finish of each item. We do not include printed invoices or receipts in the package to reduce waste.
❗️Lost or Delayed Packages
RLRLeather is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.
